Elsham Play Park

The play park in Elsham was opened in Autumn 2016 and was funded by North Lincolnshire Council, Singleton Birch, Mondegreen and village fundraising events.

It features a wide range of equipment for a range of ages, from climbing frames and trim trails to infant swings and sit-on rockers, and two picnic benches.

At the rear of the park is a set of outdoor fitness equipment for adults, with accompanying instructions for each piece.

We welcome children of all ages, but those under eight years of age must be supervised by an adult, and no dogs are allowed in the park except guide dogs.

If visiting the play park in a car, we request that you park at the village hall just round the corner on Chapel Lane, to prevent problems with traffic or churning up of verges.

The park is open daily from 9am to 7pm or dusk, whichever is earlier. Elsham play park won the Best Kept Playground CPRE award in 2019, and consistently scores highly in the marking.

It is regularly inspected and maintained by the parish council, but if you encounter any problems on your visit, please get in touch – all contact details are on the Elsham Parish Council website.
